It's too bad Blogspot dulls all the pictures colors so much! That pretty button-up Natalia Cabezas is wearing is actually a beautiful, bright pinkish red. A gorgeous outfit for work depending on where you work. Honestly I did an government internship in DC once and this woman who was really intense and scary was the head of finance and she wore much tighter, sexier and bigger heels, so... you never know what's appropriate and what's not.. All you can do is make sure your skirt hem brushes at the shortest the tops of your kneecaps and you shirt doesn't show your bra straps and isn't too low cut!
Other than that, even at a law firm or government job they can't honestly get mad at you for too much color! My boss was the chief of an entire branch and she went to Congress to meet with Senators dressed in open toed Birkenstock sandals, yoga pants and some kind of hippie tank top (thick strapped)! Of course she was absolutely brilliant, whip smart and hard working so it's not like anyone could criticize her for anything. Who cared what she wore, she got shit done and was an inspirational power house!! Hopefully at some point I'll get my butt in gear and be able to work for her in the future...
