I used to wear a skirt or dress over jean flares all the time in middle school and high school! Love that the style is slowly coming back! Not quite back yet but a lot of bloggers have started pairing peplum blouses with bell bottoms! I'd love to try this style in a sort of boho summer form and then a clean cut, dark wash more tailored look!
