Bambi
I'm not really sure whether I like Bambi as a model yet. Sometimes she's scary skinny and her face is a little too androgynous for me. Whether or not I think she is attractive is a non-issue because people who are unattractive can still be models and do their job spectacularly. What is important about models is that they need to be able to advertise a lifestyle and a look and make you want to emulate what they sell. There's just no way I want to be an Asian version of Bambi with a goddamn unibrow.
Knits
Went to the mall in Fairfax near DC so I could get some business-y looking clothes. Went into Forever 21 to check out their "Love21" section since it's supposed to have more tailored and mature looks. Weird how they chose the number twenty-one when most the people shopping there are about fourteen or thirty year olds that think they're fourteen. Anyways... so, Forever 21 was going a little psycho with the knits. It was like hipster hippie heaven (Eliza Dolittle should try that one on for size). Shaggy knits and badly crocheted shit everywhere!!! I ended up finding a very cute little grey skirt that fits like a little bell on me. Didn't get a chance to try it on with a tank top or a jacket, just my oversized grungy black t-shirt in the dressing room so I'm not sure how I'm going to wear it to work yet.

Anaa Clara
I've done a few posts about Clara and her fashion/lifestyle blog Trash On or also known as Zebra Trash. Recently though, her photos have gotten more and more beautiful in terms of the artistic creativity. Clara is a true fashionista, making a nod towards mainstream trends and yet really holding her own with her personal sense of style. I'm usually drawn to blogs that put a lot of thought and effort into the photography process more than I am to bloggers that work harder on the fashion end. You can make any outfit (simple, cheap or expensive and extensive) look tantalizingly amazing by working with an amazing photographer with a vision. It's called good advertising.

Thomas Jeppe
The Selby, my new love, is a website dedicated to the visual documentation of interesting people in their respective environments. Featured below, artist Thomas Jeppe and his home in Melbourne, Australia.
Bass Down Low
I don't care if everyone's sporting sexy tattoos and looking oh-so-cool in their hipster get ups. This is the worst song ever. And you should listen to it. To avoid future run ins. What the fuck is going on with the music industry.

Last Nights Party
Found another sort of events photographer! The site's called Last Nights Party and it's like the British equivalent of Mark and his event site The Cobra Snake. I think the pictures are better though, a little more artistic value pushed instead of just straight shooting. Check it out.
